Since 1997, Richard Bolai has been photographing wall paintings, architecture, posters, typography, street graffiti and other kitsch based works in the environment that normally goes unnoticed, but thrives in plain sight in Trinidad and Tobago. thebookmann blog is actually an extension of thebookmann website which has existed since 2004 and highlights Artists from Trinidad and others who have influenced thebookmann is some way.
