Welcome to the World's Biggest Shortest Film - a non-profit global collaboration being produced by Stephen Colbert, Kevin Bacon, Christina Ricci, Spike Jonze, and Thousands more...

We're setting out to make a film that everyone can be part of. The film is built around one-second of experimental animation (watch intro video to see how it was made) and is being produced entirely by donations. Everyone who donates $1 or more will have their name listed in our credits as a Producer.

With over 11,000 Producers and counting, our credits will last over an hour! A feature-length making of documentary will play during the credits. We are also building an online collaborative community to make future projects. All profits from the finished film will be donated to charity.

This started as a student project with a zero dollar budget. The film is the flagship production of The Collaboration Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Donations to the film can be made tax-deductible.

We're posting weekly production updates detailing the process along the way.
