this is a yoga exercise that has been proven to help kids with autism toward recovery and usually has very quick results. It is of course best to use this exercise along with a valuable alternative treatment such as chelation, IV nutrition, bovine protein therapy and the hyperbaric chamber (oxygen therapy).
Well I see the pro-AAs found you! Lucky you. Well, I'm not immediately convinced on all points of your ideas but alcoholism is my interest and you're just what the open-minded among us need: New ideas. Thank you for the refreshing input and keep up the good work.
what a poor excuse for a human being you are. your comments on AA are disgraceful and inacurate how many real alcoholics has your poisoned views killed
So after I "heal" I can go back to drinking like a normal person? Because I would really like that. I tried to post a comment before on your video but for some reason it wouldnt work. I guess you didnt like my post.
So I assume you are a recovering alcoholic yourslef right? Becuase if you were not then you wouldnt have a clue what its like then. Just eat good and BAM your cured. Cant wait to be cured! Too bad Ill miss all my friends from AA who all quit without caffine and sugar like you claim. But hey what do they know YOU HAVE A CURE AFTER ALL!!!!
Your video on Superbrain Yoga is done incorrectly. The breathing is wrong.
According to Master Choa Kok Sui, whom wrote the book Superbrain Yoga, "When squatting, inhale simultaneously. When standing up, exhale simultaneously. Do this 14-21 times." Page 50, Superbrain Yoga.
Doing the breathing incorrectly actually brings the energy into the lower chakras, rather than the energy up into the higher chakras and brain.
We request that you re do this video or make a notation in the description. Already more than 14 thousand people have viewed and perhaps learned this incorrectly.
It is suggested the public learn this from the book or a qualified teacher. This is because altering any of the instructions, the hand position, finger position, breathing, etc, will make the technique not work properly.
What a disgrace you are. You only approve and post comments that support your inaccurate video. You say that the Lions Share of the only 3% sober members of A.A. are on MEDS. You are so full of shit. How would one get this statistic by the way? Medical records are confidentail, A.A. is anonymous. etc. Did you conduct interviews at A.A. meetings? You have absolutely no credibility!!
