where do u get instructions to build a dalek?

Hello , i recently asked if the video showing your full size Genesis Dalek which is seen moving along a road .

I asked you if this was filmed in Ilford in Essex , namely Ilford lane where theres all of these dame Indian shops and such , and while looking at the video i saw one or two building that made me think this is indeed Ilford itelf which is where im from .

It is Ilford or is it some other area in Essex near enough to Ilford at all which could be making me think it is ? .
