To those of you who think Ray is wrong. I suggest you study the constitution a bit more. Just because he lost the state case doesn't mean he will lose a supreme court ruling. The Sheriff and the Gov agent were definitely in the wrong and broke the laws of the 4th amendment.

I hope Ray resurfaces and takes this to the highest court in the land. Your rights are eroding and those who say this guy was wrong don't seem to get it.

She DOES have to tell him why she is there if he asks and she has to show him some kind of authority other than because I think I need to. She has more power than that deputy UNLESS he asserts his rights, which he did. She violated them anyway.

OH! Ok~~ I see now. I was kinda lost weither if there was a health violation or not. But seeing that the issue wasn't addressed in the video kinda made it seem that the health inspectors was there to make shit up.
