Stupid people,you must secure rights to even your enemy-lest you set precedent for the erosion of your own rights.The absolute reason why we don't own property is....well cause nobody believes in property.If you did they couldn't tax it.Same with "licenses"-political pieces of paper don not confer driving talent.
Freedom is 100% control of your life,liberty,and property-while having 0% control of somebody else's life,liberty,and property.

To those of you who think Ray is wrong. I suggest you study the constitution a bit more. Just because he lost the state case doesn't mean he will lose a supreme court ruling. The Sheriff and the Gov agent were definitely in the wrong and broke the laws of the 4th amendment.

I hope Ray resurfaces and takes this to the highest court in the land. Your rights are eroding and those who say this guy was wrong don't seem to get it.

She DOES have to tell him why she is there if he asks and she has to show him some kind of authority other than because I think I need to. She has more power than that deputy UNLESS he asserts his rights, which he did. She violated them anyway.
