I am also a student at the University of California, Riverside, majoring in Religious Studies.
I am a gay Christian with an interest in theological discussions. I also enjoy history and engaging in thoughtful conversations about the past.
In 2007, I was as a Rider on the Soulforce Equality Ride. We traveled to various Christian colleges and universities to engage in dialogue over topics of faith and sexuality.
Since 2007, I have been speaking openly about the dangers of ex-gay (reparative) therapy programs that promise to help individuals overcome homosexuality through therapeutic techniques. I am personally a survivor of the ex-gay movement and I openly share about my experiences and my testimony!
