Ever thought that your brain just wasn't working to it's full potential? Or that your diet is a mess and don't like the effects it is having on your body or mind. I had these thoughts but unlike most, i'm taking steps to change this by working out at home and at my local gym [the programme is at the end of this] and by taking regular IQ tests and playing other strategic games and tests and monitoring my progress both physically and mentally.
