(UPDATE 2/26/09) - 10,000 profile views. Wow.

This channel is devoted, I guess, to videos of myself playing music. While this might sound narcassistic, I do it with benevolent intent. I've used YouTube videos for a long time to learn new songs and techniques, and hopefully, somebody might benefit likewise from watching my videos as well.
This is all traditional Irish session music, like you would hear in most pubs either catering to tourists or hosting legtimate, informal gatherings of musicians.

Many people will notice that my play style relies heavily on hammer-on triplets instead of traditional plucked triplets. This is just how my style naturally evolved without instruction. If you have a problem with it, keep it to yourself because I worry about it enough without needing outside assistance in the matter.

I hadn't notice your use of hammered on triplets in your videos. I actually prefer the sound of them. Clawhammer banjo tends to rely heavily on left-handed fills because the limitations of the stroke. Great videos!
