楚原導演, 張英才飾演大丈夫江德信, 林彬飾演他的老友巫日明。 林艷飾演巫的太太, 她初次懷孕, 巫極之緊張, 於是來一次「生仔演習」。同場演出的有南紅、李香琴、羅蘭、黎雯等等。
林彬, 原名林少玻（1930年—1967年8月24日）, 1960年代香港商業電台著名播音員、時事評論員。1967年香港暴動期間, 8月24日上午, 林彬在何文田住所附近駕車, 被兇徒向車上潑汽油縱火燒死。後安葬於跑馬地天主教墳場。(節錄自維基百科)

紫羅蓮、梅綺、黎灼灼各施其(演)技。紫羅蓮和梅綺是1950年代的一線女明星, 與白燕是「中聯」的當家花旦。黎灼灼曾在1930年代上海演出數部電影, 如《人道》、《三個摩登女性》。黎民偉是她的叔父, 黎姿是她的堂姪女。片段採自左几導演的《黛綠年華》。

Tsi Lo-lin, Mui Yee, and Lai Cheuk-cheuk delivered a superb performance in "The Tender Age" (aka "The Splendor of Youth"), directed by Tso Kea. Tsi Lo-lin and Mui Yee were famous actresses in the 1950s, while Lai Cheuk-cheuk had played in some movies of Shanghai, like "Humanity" and "Three Modern Women", both directed by Bu Wancang in 1932.
