And wow that means you've only got Grade 8 left to do! I think you're definately right - the higher grades do require more focus. So I'm not going to rush doing my Grade 7 practical and a year sounds fair, I just didn't realise how much a difference there was between 6 and 7 until I started learning the pieces and scales x
