There is no debate over whether genocide occurred. It is as universally accepted as the holocaust. The issue is whether Turkey is a different country then it was. I think the continued cover up as well as recent actions taken against Turks of Greek, Armenian and Kurdish decent indicate that Turkey is the same nation it was ninety years ago. Racial cleansing occurred in Cyprus and will occur against Kurdish populations if Turkey is not kept in check
