It has been wonderful operating as a family real estate & mortgage business, supported by the community for 35 years, 10 months, 2 weeks, and 3 days! We wish to remember the great legacy & contributions of our founders the late Broker, Forest Tardibuono and now the co-founder, Lynn Tardibuono, who is retiring and wishes to thank everyone for all their support over the years.  Without its founders in the company, plus the current financial industry changing, Ken & Ari Walker will be creating their own legacy. Lynn wishes them well in their new venture.  

With a combined 30 years experience in this industry, and having done hundreds upon hundreds of loans themselves, Ken & Ari Walker will offer Private Money programs, including a new direct financing option, through their new company Pacific Direct Mortgage.
