This channel is dedicated to short films about my life suffering and living with bad mental health. The first mini biography is about BDD- Body Dysmorphic Disorder which is the belief that you are hideously disfigured in someway when the defect is small or nonexistent.

I am also the author of the novel "Suicide Junkie", published by Chipmunka publishing, which not only covers my experiences with BDD, but also Borderline Personality Disorder, depression, alcoholism and self-harm. I hope to make these topics into short films also.
I also have a book of short prose called 'A Moment Gone'
