Hey coach, thank you for your concern. My ankle is about 80% recovered already except i still got some pain after wake up from bed and while squating. But i could already just as high as before, probably a little bit higher. I don't know where i can order the foot -power routine. Is that going to increase my vertical a lot?

Hey coach, i just sprained my ankle(inversion sprain) 5 days back, and i can walk and jump moderately but couldn't jump as high as i did before. But there is still a little bit of pain when i try to stretch ankle inward, is this because my ankle hasn't fully recovered yet or i will be not able to jump that high again. Help..

iam 5,7 and with 140 pounds weight.... iam around 10cm away from the rim when i jump .. do uthink i could dunk? iam willing to work hard on my verticals
