i think that matter isnt composed of energy, but rather produces the very energy which allows for its own stable existence. i believe that the very existence of matter is due to its own energy output, its a cyclical phenomena. but the energy comes from the BREAKING DOWN of the matter, so it cant be COMPOSED of the engergy which it only produces as a byproduct of its own DECAY.

Hello, and thank you for your comment. No, you are absolutely correct, -- the statement reads, "when we LESSON self-criticism and "beating ourselves up". So, perhaps I need to make that clearer in my statement. Defintely, "beating ourselves up" mentally is abusive to our inner child. THe more we can release those negative thoughts and exchange them with the recognition of our innocence and purity, the more we contribute to the healing of child abuse both individually and collectively.
