and DJ FUNKMASTER FLEX.

Based in New York City,

this 30 min. TV show followed the career

of legendary DJ FUNKMASTER FLEX,

videotaping every week at infamous

clubs like THE PALLADIUM, THE LIMELIGHT

and THE TUNNEL NIGHTCLUB.

It showed a glimpse of what Hip-Hop was

like in the 1990's before it became mainstream.

Eventually, the show became an underground hit,

running for 6 years and airing over a HUNDRED episodes.

This RARE footage shows how MR.EXCITEMENT and the CREW captured years of interviews and live performances where no other camera crews filmed.
