what does bad get away mean it happens when i try too search on my straighttalk video

I forgot my password to retrieve my voice mail msg's. How do I go about finding my password for that particular instance? Please help

Hello Englishteapot: Straight Talk service is for 30 days, hence the service end dates occurring on different dates each month. Hope that explains it. Thanks.

I would like to say I do like the Straighttalk unlimited plan for $45.00 that I pay every month. There is one bad side to this is that I don't agree with there dates for example: I had to pay today by my service expiration date, then I have to pay by the end of August.

I'm sorry I don't agree with that. It should be September 1st . When I did have a monthly phone bill I only had to pay once and not twice. This is kind of rediculous as money is tight for me and for everyone else

i have the r355c and i'm trying to set it up when i call the *22890 number it always says program failed??

I have the samsun r355rc, phone. it looks like a blackberry. It has a nice 1.3 mp camera , good quality for the mp size, but has no speed what so ever. You can load music on an sd card, but cant put songs in order unless you alphabetize them ( i.e. = A. Back in black, B. Highway to Hell, etc.. ). The sound quality is good, not super loud. the keypad is excellant, and the battery life is really good . I like the calender button on th keypad to get straight to your calender. The web browsing is pretty much like dial up. slow, sometimes unreponsive, errors out alot, try again errors, but if you have the patiences , no problem. no streaming video. I never had to talk to customer service. I loaded my plan successfully 3 months in a row with no problems. I had no problems with drop calls. When you make an outgoing call , i get a balance udpate , which is really annoying. Other than that, if they improve the web browsing, it would be perfect pre paid.
