Securecom DID have a contract to upgrade WTC security in 1998 (three years before 9/11), but was NEVER in charge or WTC security.

You obviously have never filed an insurance claim of significant value. Its a nightmare. The insurance company tries to cite or blame other factors that are not covered. If any evidence of fraud is present, the insurance company has an easy way out. They cite fruad and refuse to pay. Then you have to take the insurance company to court? If pull it is evidence of fraud, why did they pay the claim?
