I am a modest 28 year old artist.A portfolio of my work can be found on my site: www.stevetlaws.com. I currently reside in Denver Colorado where I have lived for the past ten years. I am an Art Instructor by day and an entrepreneur by night. For the past year I've been toiling away on a children's book. I'm happy to say as of Halloween night 2006, I finished it! Now it's a matter of production and promotion, both of which are very modest as I write this. I plan on changing that. That all said, I hope you enjoy the page, enjoy my works, and enjoy yourself. Interests and Hobbies: You know, I adore artistic endeavors. It seems to be a natural thing for me and the sense of accomplishment and community I get from it is a very nice feeling indeed.
Movies and Shows: Simpsons, Family Guy, Arrested Development, Nova, Frontline, Charlie Rose in a delightful mix of humor, science, and all around smarts.
Of movies, I just saw Final Fantasy: Advent Children-Wow! . . . Scanner Darkly I will see later tomorry.
Music: Prog Rock and Indy Pop are doing me just fine, right now.
Books: Odding! My very own childrens book!
When not writing my own I hero worship Calvin and Hobbes books as well as Farside.
Also, to beef up me poetry skills I am reading a wide variety of poets and taking down names of masters to emulate. I'll keep y'all posted!
