This cinematic test depicts an aging rhino-headed man in the high desert, his trusted and rusted motorcycle keeps him company. Set just before first morning light with snow on the ground, a dilapidated 50's diner sits waiting for its first customer of the night. I wanted to create a feeling of isolation, cold and age with this image.

Modeled with a combination of Maya and Zbrush. Textured with Photoshop, Zbrush, and maya procedurals. Lit and rendered with Mental Ray. Touch up work done in Photoshop. (less info)
