Dr. Mishra -

Is stretching the elbow flexors also important in the treatment of tennis elbow? If so, a palms-up stretch may be useful.

Hi there Dr.Mishra, I am a medical student and I find your channel thoroughly enjoyable! It's simple and quick to the point, and even though a more in-depth study is necessary for us MD students, your videos give a good overview and also help to understand notions that might be kind of unclear in books!

thanks a lot!

Dr. Mishra, do you study stem cells? If so, how long before they start replacing conventional treatments such as surgery to fix ligament and tendon tears?- Sean
