Heel Training using Toys

I am working on heel training with Crash, using a toy to reinforce behavior chains. Ex, move into heel position, move forward, sit,...

I tuck the toy under my are so Crash learns to look up while in heel position. I am using the verbal marker, "yep".

**Oh, so apparently I am a punishment trainer according to this woman, she sent me an e-mail telling me that I am hard on dogs and use punishment:
