June 6th, 2009, was officially National Parkour Day, and many Parkour and Freerunning teams across the U.S. held jams in all the major cities. Aero Chicago Parkour held their own jam at the University of IL-Chicago, and though weather conditions made things a bit slippery at times, the vigilant traceurs continued jamming throughout the day. Though I could only stay for about 3 hours, I managed to get alot of amazing footage, and hopefully give people a glimpse of how close the Parkour/Freerunning community is in the Chicago land area. Ryan "Cloud" Cousins helped create Aero Chicago Parkour with his older brother Andy "Ando" Cousins and together help form the collective that is now known as Aero Chicago Parkour. Recently, Ryan got tapped by LXTV to do a small segment for their weekend show with fellow traceurs Michael "Styilis" Horvath, Cody Beltramo, and LBP member Alex "Fresh Face" Meglei.

Check out Ryan explain the basic in and outs of Parkour and Freerunning and see the other guys strut their stuff! Congrats on the gig fellas! This was shown nationally on NBC after SNL this past saturday.

Keep in mind though, that even though Ryan explains what essence of Parkour means to them, they used mostly clips of the freerunning the group did.

What happens when one guy decides to film a demo fight in a bathroom?

You get a crazy idea and somehow make a mini short out of it!

Rex Dickhouse, P.I., is the combo effort of Alex Hashioka and I, and it turned from a simple demo fight for Brian Connelly from Asylum Stunts into the crazy monstrous idea that you see before you.

We really had not much of a game plan, but only to fulfill our own hilarious goals. Hopefully you all enjoy and perhaps, it seems like we shall continue on with this series filled with toliet humor, bro-mance, epic fighting, manly posing, and anything else you can think of. (Probably good ol' Chicago).

So sit back, enjoy it for what it is, cuz it is exactly what it is.
