If I'm to be an objective skeptic, I'd note that the light above is illuminating the "ghost figure", which in the other image, it's not there. So I don't think we can say for sure.

I really feel there's too much false positives on the Ghost Box for it to be credible. Maybe it's just me, but it still doesn't sound like they're saying what you suggested. However, that doesn't mean you can't get anything interesting out of it. For example, something about "please help them" at 14:04 sounds different. It's the same voice speaking through different frequencies it seems.
By the way, there's more strange voices at 11:06 and 11:36 if you've noticed. Was that you guys whispering?
