You look terrific really well done, I know how hard it must have been! I've dropped 10 stone weight myself, although I done it through a low calorie diet and exercise. Not many people understand the burden of excess weight, well done again :-)
Count Calories and Exercise. Sorry, there is no easy way out. Keep a journal, know your Calories, Get your bmi and weigh yourself. That means 3 plates of food a day, no more. That comes to 1200-1500 calories a day. Plus 1/2 hour walk or gym.
