Steel Union are an acoustic blues duo based in the UK nestling between the borders of Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire.
Playing authentic traditional acoustic blues; that being acoustic blues mostly from the period 1920 through to 1945 ish. We play the songs of the great Delta Blues and Country Blues players such as Son House, Robert Johnson, Sonny Terry & Brownie McGhee, Lightnin' Hopkins, Mississippi Fred McDowell, Bukka White and many more.
Steel Union comprises Richard Gibson on Vocals & Harmonica (Blues Harp) and Richard Turner on Vocals, National Bottleneck/Slide Guitar & Acoustic Guitar.
