The mission of Solace House is to provide grief support to children, individuals and families that have been or will be affected by the death of a loved one. Solace House offers individual counseling and peer support in a creative, compassionate environment with a structured curriculum. As a community resource, our goal is to equip children and families with the tools to promote healing and guide them toward a positive and hopeful direction in life.




Solace House receives calls every day from individuals and families who have suffered or will suffer a loss as a result of an illness, unexpected accident, pregnancy loss, or by and experience related to a homicide or suicide. No matter what the reason, we strive to meet the needs of anyone seeking support, guidance, and community connection.
