I hear negative things from many of my fastpitch pitching students about their team coaches, and how they don't care for them and even ones that have thought of not playing due to their coaches! It just breaks my heart to think any athlete has to experience a coach that makes them actually contemplate not playing a sport they love. Hopefully all these coaches will eventually develop the coaching behaviors and skills that enrich their players skills and love of the game!
