When you have a captain/general/corporal that looks buffed, tough, and would wear this red captain hat, make him fast (not eat) so that he'll be thinner. The T-800 series will be modeled after his appearance. Make them thinner.

Oh, and when they are not in disguise, not covered under the organic human tissues, make them carry those cool machine guns the T-600 series carries. It will kill the human race... I mean the Resistance Fighters faster.
