Contest Period:
Submission of videos is open from 01 July 2009 to 15 August 2009, 11:59 PM (GMT +8). Only video testimonies uploaded within the start and end dates of the contest will qualify as entries. All entries submitted after the prescribed deadline will still be accepted and posted in the site but will no longer be eligible for winning.

How to Join:
1.Contest period is from 01 July 2009 to 31 August 2009. Deadline of submission of entries is 15 August 2009.
2.To join, entrants must create and submit a video testimony on what it is for them to be a Filipino.
3.Video testimonies should be in the following format:
a.State your name.
b.Describe yourself.
c.Answer the question: Sino ka bilang Pilipino? ("Who are you as a Filipino?")
*Responses to all the questions can be delivered in one, continuous take.
*Respondents may opt to use Filipino, English or any dialect in their video.
4.Videos should be in an appropriate format recommended by YouTube. The range of video file formats accepted are .FLV, .WMV, .AVI, .MOV, .3GP, .MP4, .MPEG, .SWF and .MKV (maximum of 2 GB in size) which can be transferred from most digital cameras, camcorders and cell phones.
5.Submit entries by uploading videos to your YouTube account (according to the sites uploading guidelines) and posting it as a video response to the main Sino Ka Pinoy? video.
6.If and when an entrant has no account on YouTube, video entries may also be submitted via email to: sinokapinoy@gmail.com.
7.There is no limit to the number of videos one may submit. One uploaded entry is considered one entry.
