就會出現以上一番鬼話.
不知就裡的外人,
若只看上述一段描述,
還會誤以為這個政府"人力部" 很有人情味和同情心 :
"签发特别准证(special pass)给他们，... 住宿问题，人力部将提供协助。"
事實是,
整個問題源自李狗賊"人力部" .
沒有李狗賊"人力部"的種種惡行,
就不會有這些騙案不斷發生.
如果沒有"人力部"那些不合理, 帶強烈欺騙性質的
各式各樣希奇古怪極度繁複的"准证"签发政策和制度,
就不會造就這種人肉販賣, 漂洋過海"賣豬仔" 的 肥厚 "中介" 掠財勾當 !
這次 "賣豬仔" 不是第一單,
