You and your family are causing Cigna so much unnecessary harm. Don't you get it? Because the procedure was experimental, the policy didn't cover it. Cigna was not being greedy. They were simply abiding by the policy that your family agreed to. It is YOU who should be taken to court, for it appears that it is YOU and YOUR FAMILY who only care about money.
