	candlace (8 months ago) Hello, I was watching a couple of your vids. in regards to your response to Natalie's food pyramid & grains, but I thought it to be interesting when you mentioned how powdered or pulverized grains aren't no longer whole grains. I'm a bit confused about that. I wonder how can a person eat a wheat germ without choking to death unless you know of a safer way of eating it in it's wholeness. Also, some of the other unpowdered grains too. I just needed to better understand. Thanks.

	Katieezz (1 year ago) I agree with your comment on the 'raw Food Diet'. Any way of eating that cuts out a main food group is not for me... I have stuffed my body up in the past trying it all! For long term basic common sense and Glyconutrients are the way to go!
