The bank takes 85% of the 30 day quick sale value. Not really that thin.

So the expected profit to be split between the investor, broker, etc. is the difference between the market value of the Property based on a 60-90 day marketing time and the market value of the Property based on a 30 day marketing time? Seems thin. What am I missing?

No because it says right on the BPO "30 Day Quick Sale Value" were marketing it for 60-90 days.

Hey Nathan. Hope all is well. I have a question about the short sale system. If the broker submits a BPO certifying that the market value of the property is equal to the price that you have listed in your option contract, knowing that the property is worth more, then aren't they commiting fraud on the bank?

I bought this system and it is great. Only issue we are still having is finding a lender that will provide financing for the end buyer. We are in CA and so far no luck. It is good and bad because as long as we do eventually find someone we figure the difficulty in this step will just weed out the whiners!!

Every real estate "guru" can be called a scam or has a tarnished record - Trump, Robert Allen, among them. Any system that works for some and has legally compliant information can work for anyone - if it doesn't, it does not mean it is a scam. A scam would be taking money and delivering nothing, promising and not following through, and doing the disappearing act - all of which I have experienced by reputable REI gurus.
