I'm already a martial artist (tkd) and train in boxing, so fighting is not what i'm after but "self defence"
MMA is a sport - it is comprised of other martial arts

While i wouldn't consider these to be a very useful videos (they are useful in principal, but i feel that shihan's karate/tkd lacks a great deal of economy of motion) I will say this regarding all those MMA fighters that make condescending remarks- MMA is a sport. When do you honestly think you're going to get in a street fight in a well-lit, well padded octagon with 3 people keeping score and a referee?
