This is a Kung Sub-Bass Recorder in F that came in to my place of work. A beautiful instrument with a very haunting sound. It is huge in size, not very powerful but Im sure in a recorder ensemble it would sound wonderful.

This is my Normapon. A very rare instrument made between 1900 - 1935. Essentially it is a valve trombone (it uses a trom mouthpiece) wrapped up like a Tenor saxophone. Apparantly due to the lack of proficiency of saxophonists in germany of the day...

Hardly the case any where now. But if you ever need a lead Normaphonist in your band let me know. Scott Tinkler is a great second Normaphonist (see his clip on this horn also using a trumpet mouthpiece.....)
