this is obviously a hack posing as a doctor for treating acne.
He rubs cockroach guts on the person's face, then the eggs hatch and the worms come out.

Reminds me of those doctors in asia who use chicken guts to perform invasive abdominal "surgery" on their patients, claiming to remove tumors and such.

I dont think the worms are coming out of his skin. I think they were growing inside an infested fruit of veggie. Thats what was being smeared on his face in the begining of the vid. I may be wrong but I havent seen any provided description.
