I tried this diet and did lose 10 lbs in the week and didn't finish the last day with the brown rice and veggies. I even put beef in my soup, so I think it can work for a quick loss plan. I plan to do it once a month for the next year and hopefully reach my goal of losing just 5 pounds per mont...

I am planning on losing 5 pounds a month for the next year and hope I am as successful.
