This is the Playstation emulator "psx4iphone" from developer Zodttd at www.zodttd.com, running the original Command & Conquer. The audio is choppy but once you are into the game and turn music off, it runs smooth. Controls are a little difficult and i was trying to hold the camera in a good position to see it but when you have two hands to use, its a LOT better and faster. (less info)
