Genocide must be recognized by every country, history repeats itself and thats what happened with the Holocaust, Hitler saw that the Turks got away with the Armenian Genocide and he decided to do genocide to the Jews.
The reason why the U.S should recognize is it is due to the fact that many countries look up to America, and if the United States recognizes maybe other governments will take the subject a little more serously.

How do you have the strenght to keep doing this? Trying to convince a hole country of something they just continue to deny. Do you really have so much faith in humanity? Or do you feel unjust? I don't blame you, because what happened was terrible. But what would make a difference if the government actually confirmed the genocide? You bring so much hope and joy to SO many people. Even non-armenians, like me. What could help by diging in the past like that?
