yea it is expensive, and your insurance is really good, i wouldnt even get quoted on an evo 8 here at my age, i'd have to be 25+ to even get quoted if im lucky, what way are ur licences over there, over here if you are a learner, you get a provisional licence/learner permit, but if you pass the driving test you get a full licence. the youngest age you can dive a car legally on the road here is 17, for a motorbike/tractor its 16, whats it like for you, talk tya soon.
