The third annual Sekai no Melody Xmas album is the product of all-nighters, many contributors, hard work, and amazing talent. Brought to you at 8am GMT-6 December 25th, 2008, the 2008 album splits SnM into two groups, reminiscent of the annual popular Japanese music program, the NHK Kouhaku, in which the "red" and "white" teams have a song battle to see who wins the award of the year. Likewise, SnM split into the "holly" and "ivy" teams, each with an army of talented singers and amazing setlist to showcase the brilliance that exists in every aspect of SnM. From small group songs to large 50+ member songs (in which both groups fuse to create maximum blending and spirit), this is hailed as one of SnM's best works to date!
