About Me:
Hello all. I'm a singer/songwriter from Chicago. I like all kinds of music, from hip hop to country. My originals tend to fall in the spectrum of country and reggae.
I am in love with the craft of songwriting. I like to play with words and rhythm and rhyme. The best way for me to work out my feelings is by writing a song.
Why Ukulele?
I play the ukulele a lot. I play other instruments as well, but I've been almost exclusively ukulele for about two years now.
I don't play it to be cute or funny. I play it simply because I like the sound of it, the feel of it in my hands. I think it's an underrated, deceptively simple, and versatile instrument.
I play a Lanikai LU-21T mostly. The "T" stands for "tenor." I also have a concert Lanikai.
I also have a Kala tenor with a cedar top. I bought it on eBay from musicguymic. He's a delight to deal with, you can't go wrong with an ukulele from musicguymic.
I have most of the songs chords/tabs in the "About This Video" section in my videos, so if you're looking for them, that's where they are. If I don't have them, I was either too lazy to make them or they were too hard to make.
I know very little about ukuleles, as I'm still just a beginner, but I'm looking forward to learning as much as I can. I just joined an ukulele forum started by among others, YouTuber "ukuleleoversoul". The address is:

This song is about how I see the world. I know I do not look to optimistic while singing it, but that's because I spent the last few days in bed. w...

UU at night. Not sure what take this one is but it is here. Singing and playing aren't the best but it isn't the worst either.

...(The crowd in the good-sized arena is getting restless. Chants of "We want Seeso!" fill the air! Feet being stomped! Arena Security getting nervous! Backstage, even the burliest of roadies starts eyeing the exits, knowing that ukulele fans denied their Seeso can't get real ugly! Flashbacks to Altamont! Gimme shelter!! Gimme Seeso!!!)
