Don't use launch hk ad/df hp hk slide; just use launch hp ad/df hp hk slide because hp hits them at a better angle downward. Plus, you're launching off the ground and not a Sentinel or Psylocke assist, so the guy is going to be a little lower than as found in most match videos, meaning you're going to have to do the hp ad/df hp faster than usual.
