Okay. So somebody was raped near your place. Is that the cops' fault? No! I find it funny how the people who enforce the laws in this country get the blame for the idiots who break the laws. What a stupid mentality! You guys complain about crime, why don't you start a neighborhood watch??? Why don't you pay attention to what is happening in your community? Get to know your neighbors. If you know that somebody is breaking the law, report it. If you break the law, learn from it and don't do it again. If your parents had raised you right, you would already know that! However, I bet that you are so stupid that you probably wouldn't call the cops. Do you have any idea how freaking spoiled we are in this country? We have the ability to protest and go to court. In other countries, they would just beat your ass to death. Quit whining.

BTW, if a cop is arresting somebody, BACK OFF! The more you resist and interfere, the more trouble you will be in. Plain and simple.
