Home workouts to gain muscle and lose fat are simple and cheap, no need to buy a gym membership or any fancy equipment. Because I have no financial interest in the fitness business, I can give you my unbiased opinions.
About Me:
I've been into bodybuilding 24 years and its been an important positive force in my life. I'm a firm believer that physical fitness, of which bodybuilding is an important part, is essential to quality living for everyone of all ages. I promote slow, strict form as a way to maximize results and minimize the chance of injury. No jerking or bouncing will be found in my videos, just slow, steady movements.
I'd love to hear if you have topics of general interest to everyone that could be added to my website as I am always trying to improve it. Those topics with the most requests get added to the website first. I'm sorry though, I CANNOT ANSWER PERSONAL FITNESS/HEALTH QUESTIONS. If you have health questions, asking your physician is the probably the best thing to do. If you want a personalized training program, excellent personal trainers can be hired at your local gym.
