Brian Isn't in Scenes and Sirens anymore, they broke up after they both graduated

I don't understand. Brian Maddox is in another band called Stereo Skyline. Which band does he tour with? Does he tour with both ? Are Scene and Sirens still making music or what ?
I'm having a hard time understanding what Brian Maddox does. and if he's an official/staying member of either bands. Anyone can help? Thanks :)
