The mission of Santa Barbara's Channel 21 (SBTV 21) is to serve as a video Mecca for local arts, culture and education. Channel 21 is where you can find great speakers that you may have missed at UCSB or SBCC, the Creative Community series, exciting events at the Marjorie Luke Theatre. Most productions on SBTV21 are submitted by local educational organizations or taped by SB Channels staff.
