The South African Marine Predator Lab was conceived through the vision of Marine Scientists not only to study the marine world's natural wonders, but also to conserve them. With a plethora of the world's most awe-inspiring ocean predators cruising Southern Africa's coastal and offshore waters, SAMPLA's mission can be described in four words: Explore, Discover, Understand and Conserve these marine marvels.
