I was wondering if you offered hydroxyapatite implants for jaw augmentation. If so, is it true that the tissue in your jaw incorporates the implant and makes it part of the jaw? Can you tell it is there? Also, how does the fat grafting to the cheek area work? Are implants better? Or does the fat last a lifetime? How does it stay in place? Does it not sag down? Thanks =)

Thanks a lot for your answers :). I live in England and i'm going to see whether i can get it done on the nhs on grounds of it catching when i shave and it effects my confidence. fingres crossed, otherwise here it costs £300.
